Poor quality

Unfortunately the Denix stand was poor quality. The base was warped and had an 1/8” of an inch twist in it from end to end causing it to rock. The vertical supports weren’t screwed in properly, mounted the right distance apart for the gun or even along the centreline of the stand.

Exclusions include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and cosmetic issues not affecting functionality.

Customers must report issues within 14 days of receipt and return items in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise. For warranty claims, contact sales@replicaweapons.com.au with order details and evidence of the issue.
